Won / Lost reasons on Dynamics CRM Opportunity

 1. Enable customization of the Opportunity Close form

2. Add parent optionset field and child optionset field to Opportunity Close entity.

(To simplify demonstration, I didn't add option 3 and child option 4 and 5.)

3. Import a PCF solution: Dependent Optionset PCF to system, it can help us to build dependent optionset.

As the tutorial said, we add the custom control to child optionset.

Power Pane in Dynamics CRM

  Introduction Dynamics CRM Power Pane is a powerful tool and basically, an extension to Google Chrome which enables a developer/end-user to get the relevant information from Dynamics CRM including Entity Name: Record Id, etc. which plays an important role while writing the code for the application, as the same is dependent over the schema name of attributes.   Overview With the release of Dynamics 365 (Online) in July 2017, the concept of Virtual Entities has been introduced in Dynamics CRM. Virtual Entities as an initial feature supports the basic functionality to read the data from External Sources and present the same as a list or a record in Dynamics CRM. What is Virtual Entity?
